General Information - Booking Conditions - Booking Procedure
Changeover day for Goose Cottage is Friday, however for both Owl and Dove Cottages changeover day is Satuday. Outside the main holiday periods and during the winter - midweek or short breaks can usually be arranged.
It is not necessary for you to have full occupancy in the property you choose, as with self-catering the property price will be the same if there are only 2 people in a property sleeping 4.
When you have made your property choice please call us on 01840 212214 or 07969 686417 to check availability. Your telephone booking will be held for 4 days. Please send your booking 1st class mail, with a third of the holiday cost as a deposit.
On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will send confirmation of booking and details of the balance due. The balance of the cost should reach us 8 weeks before the commencement date of your holiday and you will then receive the full address, directions and other details of your holiday cottage.
Bookings made less than 8 weeks before the starting date of the holiday should be accompanied by the full payment. Please allow 14 days to receive your confirmation. Receipts will be provided if required.
In no circumstances will compensation be considered for complaints raised after the holiday has ended when the Holidaymakers have denied Steppes Farm the opportunity of investigating the complaint and endeavouring to remedy matters during the holiday.
We have compiled our information as accurately as possible at the time of going to press. However facilities may be altered or withdrawn for reasons outside our control, in which case we cannot accept responsibility.
The Holidaymaker must accept minor differences in text/photograph/illustrations.
We cannot accept responsibility should one of our properties not conform to the Holidaymaker’s standards. If a facility is particularly important to you, please check with us prior to your booking.
The Booking conditions will apply to all confirmed bookings.
